Asim’s Good Life Supplements

Good Life Supplements offer a simple regiment to enhance immunity, mental, physical, and cellular health, backed by extensive research.

Good Life Supplements have been created as a way for anyone, female or male to gain optimal control of their immunity, mental, physical, cellular and mitochondria health. In fact, new research shows the incredible connection and relationship between immune, gut, cellular and skin health and its interactions on our mental and physical wellbeing.

The following simple yet life changing regiment allow us to take back ownership of our own health in a thoughtful, (relatively) risk free way, especially designed for anyone in around 30 years old onwards.

It’s important to note that while these supplements will dramatically change your health, an exemplary diet of around 80% natural plant based diet high in fiber will dramatically compound their impact (and is generally better for you in life). You can reserve 20% for meat and anything that makes you happy. Simply put you want to increase your body's alkaline and reduce its acidity, a plant based diet helps to do this quickly.

The aim with this supplement stack is to minimize choice, cost and not have to spend hours doing research that I have already done. The following five supplements have allowed me to live in harmony with my inner cellular world and my outer physical world (some of which I have been taking for a decade or more).

2. AHCC

Active hexose correlated compound (AHCC) is a fermented mushroom extract obtained from the shiitake mushroom species and promoted for immune support. AHCC is thought to modulate (tumor) immune surveillance by regulating innate and adaptive immune system responses. The compound may act as a biological response by enhancing natural killer cell activity, and greater immunity and T-cell production, which are used as a response to everyday diseases such as colds and flu, to complex cancerous tumors.

It’s important to distinguish AHCC from other medicinal mushrooms. They are not interchangeable with other medicinal mushrooms; rather they are specially developed and processed to maximize its immune-boosting capacity. AHCC is made by cell culturing shiitake subspecies of mushroom identified by Japanese scientists several decades ago to have the greatest ability to increase natural killer cell activity. Its molecular weight has been reduced using a patented enzymatic process to improve its absorption and clinical efficacy. Every batch of AHCC is subjected to DNA pattern testing to confirm its identity (in other words, to ensure it is genuine AHCC). This innovation makes AHCC unique among medicinal mushrooms.

Currently under human trials it worth noting that combined with Vitamin A (found in the MicroVitmins supplement below), Beta Glucans (found in the Om Mushroom supplement above) and Augmented NAC has the possibility to either support or completely cure and eradicate viruses such HPV, Herpes, Rhinovirus, Influenza, RSV. The actions of AHCC in protecting against a wide range of viral infections suggest that it could also support the immune system against the novel COVID-19.

💡(Update) Important and new research

A few people have recognized the amazing benefit of AHCC on two prevalent viruses, as such I’m giving these special attention due to the unfortunate speed in which they are spreading and the amount of people who have asked my advice. All of whom have benefited from eradicating the virus over a 6 month period using the supplements here.

AHCC and Herpes

Several studies have investigated the potential of AHCC as a treatment for herpes. In one study published in the Journal of Immunology, researchers found that AHCC effectively suppresses HSV-2 replication in mice. The study found that mice treated with AHCC had significantly lower levels of HSV-2 in their genital tissues than those not treated with AHCC.

Another study published in the Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry found that AHCC reduced the severity and frequency of herpes outbreaks in mice. The study found that mice treated with AHCC had fewer outbreaks and lower levels of HSV-1 in their tissues compared to mice not treated with AHCC.

While these studies suggest that AHCC may be an effective treatment for herpes, more research is needed to confirm these findings in humans. Currently, no large-scale clinical trials have investigated the use of AHCC for herpes in humans.

AHCC and HPV

AHCC originally showed promise in two pilot studies. In one study of women with persistent HPV infections, 4 out of the 8 women who remained in the study (50%) cleared their persistent HPV infection between 3 to 6 months after starting a 3g daily dose of AHCC on an empty stomach. In a second pilot study, women were given 1g of AHCC a day on an empty stomach and showed a similar response rate: 4 out of the 9 women (44%) confirmed clearance of high-risk HPV persistent infections after 7 months of supplementation. These pilot studies provided the rationale to move forward with a phase II trial of AHCC to clear persistent HPV infections. AHCC is the only medicinal mushroom that has been clinically demonstrated to help eradicate HPV.

3. Augmented NAC

N-acetylcysteine (NAC) is a derivative of the amino acid cysteine. It is used by the body to produce glutathione, a powerful endogenous (produced naturally by healthy humans) antioxidant. NAC offers numerous health benefits, such as liver protection, a reduction of and inflammation enhancement of cognitive function. NAC and cysteine are antioxidants in their own right, but they also stimulate the release of glutathione, a powerful antioxidant that fights inflammation and free radicals. Benefits of Augmented NAC:

  • Essential for glutathione formation
  • Strengthens the immune system. studies on covid treatment
  • Detoxification of spike protein induced by vaccine or natural infection
  • Improves intestinal health
  • Promotes respiratory health
  • May reduce the risk of heart disease
  • Protects the liver
  • Can promote brain health
  • Can improve blood sugar levels
  • May promote fertility
  • Promotes eye health
  • Can help combat stress and anxiety
  • Could help in the prevention of some types of cancer
  • Potentially useful for psychiatric disorders and for improving addiction disorders
  • Offers support for alcoholism

Augmented NAC and its incredible benefits for COVID and COVID Vaccine (Spike Proteins)

The civic research project ZeroSpike was one of the first to discover as early as 2020 the health risks associated with the spike protein, a dangerous toxin that spreads in the body after SARS‑CoV‑2 infection and COVID "vaccination”. In 2021, a researcher at MIT Boston reached the same conclusions and described the main mechanisms of spike protein damage

In 2022, several physicians and scientists around the world have confirmed the role of the spike protein in the damage it causes to human health, even in fatal cases. An excellent article from January 2022, details the 13 mechanisms of spike protein damage.

The ZeroSpike medical-scientific team documented the ability of N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) to denature the toxic spike protein, an ability that was later demonstrated in vitro tests sponsored by the Civic Association. However, laboratory results showed a low rate of denaturation of the spike protein (12% in the latest tests conducted) by standard NAC, whereas Augmented NAC was always able to denature the spike protein above the 99% threshold. The in-vitro studies will soon be followed by in-vivo studies.

5. Psyllium Husk

Psyllium husk is one of the most underappreciated supplements with a strong evidence base supporting its ability to reduce heart disease risk, manage cholesterol, control blood sugar, and relieve IBS symptoms. Derived from Plantago ovata plant seeds, this high-fiber powder enhances health in ways many diets lack. A landmark study in The Lancet Journal highlighted a significant reduction in health risks with higher fiber intake, underscoring psyllium's potential benefits.

Incorporating psyllium husk into your diet could amplify these benefits, especially considering a meta-analysis showing its positive effects on insulin resistance, HbA1c, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels. To safely enjoy its advantages, choose a reputable brand to avoid contaminants, start with a low dose to adjust, and always consume plenty of water to aid digestion.

Psyllium husk's contribution to a healthier lifestyle, supported by extensive research and price, makes it worth every penny for those looking to boost their dietary fiber intake.
